Located on the first floor of a peaceful building surrounded by greenery, inside an elegant and recently renovated apartment, I Pini di Roma is situated in the marvelous neighborhood of San Giovanni in Laterano, just a short distance from the historic center. Within walking distance, you will find the subway stop for Line A and several bus lines that will allow you to easily and quickly reach every corner of the city, from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain, passing through Piazza Navona and the Vatican. Our rooms are bright and welcoming, furnished with care and attention to every detail.

Alternatively, you can opt for a light and delicious breakfast directly at our property, which is completely free for all guests. Among the neighborhoods that combine tradition and modernity, history and innovation, San Giovanni stands out for the presence of numerous archaeological sites and monuments of historical and Christian importance. One of the most significant is the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran, also known as the Basilica of St. John Lateran. Its impressive square is the meeting point during the national workers' holiday, celebrated every first of May. From this area, in the heart of the capital, important streets branch out for nightlife and shopping, and there is also a convenient metro connection that allows for quick and convenient travel.
