The Cappelli family has created a welcoming structure to offer their guests a comfortable stay in rooms similar to those of a hotel. The bed and breakfast is located on Viale IV Novembre, near the city center, a short distance from the Piaggio factory and its museum, the Sant'Anna University and the train station that connects Pisa and Florence. In addition, the Lotti hospital is located less than one hundred meters from the structure. Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Versilia, Montecatini Terme, Casciana Terme, Volterra and the Tuscan hills can all be reached in less than an hour by car. The 5 rooms have been completely renovated and equipped with a small private bathroom with a shower. In addition, two bathrooms are available for people with disabilities, accessible from the hallway. Each room has a underfloor heating system and an independent air conditioning unit to ensure comfort in both summer and winter. A controlled mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery ensures continuous air exchange in all areas. All rooms are equipped with a 32-inch LCD television, a refrigerator (see dedicated page), a kettle with coffee, tea, etc. and free Wi-Fi internet connection. Particular attention has been paid to soundproofing the rooms, both from each other and towards the outside. The walls have been covered with thermo-acoustic insulation plasterboard and the windows have been replaced with highly insulating fixtures. There is no staff present in the structure, but thanks to an access control system, guests can enter freely according to their needs. All rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily. In the future, once a dedicated area is completed, breakfast will be served inside the structure.
