The breakfast is rich in typical local products, everything is homemade: the tarts with various jams, assorted dry pastries with almonds, candied fruits and raisins, the donuts, the pies, the honey desserts, the bocconotti, and during festive periods there is a taste of typical holiday sweets: crustuli, canalette, and pettulat (during Christmas time), while cugliaci, viscottet (taralli), Cicci (during Easter), the delicious jams all made with fruit harvested in the family's countryside, as well as seasonal fruits that are served.
Breakfast can be of the traditional type of the typical local customs or the international one that includes savory options, always with homemade typical products such as salami, salads, and cheeses.
