I found myself taking care of this house almost by chance, initially driven by the desire to meet the needs of guests participating in events at the nearby Palazzo del Poggiano, often needing a place to stay. And so, a great passion for hospitality has also developed.
I try to convey my concept of "home", with a distinctive personality linked to the territory, but above all welcoming and with its own soul. I like to think that staying at Poggianino is not just an overnight stay, but an experience that is part of the journey and will be remembered with pleasure.
But all this would not make sense without the indispensable presence of Ines, my collaborator and the kind and discreet soul of the house!
Area hills
Il Poggianino is located in the inland of Rimini, in the beautiful heart of Valmarecchia and a short distance from the splendid Romagna coast. It is only 15 km away from Rimini, famous for its enchanting beaches, lively fair, and modern congress center. Additionally, it is just 8 km away from the Rimini Nord highway exit of the A14, making access convenient and fast.
The Republic of San Marino is easily reachable at just 17 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car from Santarcangelo di Romagna and Verucchio. Furthermore, a little further away are the fascinating locations of San Leo and Pennabilli, which definitely deserve a visit.
