B&B Il piccolo giardino is a small family-run business with three comfortable and spacious bedrooms; each room has a private bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy set, air conditioning, LED TV, refrigerator and safe. It is located in the central area, a few minutes walk from the town center, in a quiet area with easy parking, free all along the road. Our breakfasts are rich and varied, continental in the summer and Italian in the winter, with homemade desserts, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, yugurt, milk, cereals, jams, nutella, rusks, fresh bread, fruit juices and more. During the summer they will be served in the small and romantic garden at the back of the house. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 travelers in: 1 room "Double Room" which can accommodate 2 people 1 room "Camera Tripla" which can accommodate 3 people 1 room "Quadruple Room" which can accommodate 4 people

Various homemade cakes and desserts, croissants, fresh bread, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, milk, cappuccino, tea, coffee, butter, biscuits, jam, honey, fruit juices, cereals and much more. In the autumn and winter months, breakfast is Italian, with cappuccino, tea, coffee, croissants, homemade cake or Nutella crepes, fresh fruit, jams, honey and fresh bread.

We are Marilena and Paolo and after many years of working in other sectors, we have decided to open our house and start this new and stimulating activity that takes a lot of effort but also gives us a lot of satisfaction. We do everything possible to make our guests feel good, so that they can spend a peaceful holiday in total relaxation. Also for this reason we provide umbrellas, cooler bags complete with ice lollies and beach chairs. We love animals, our cats and our dog circulate freely in the garden and for this reason we accept animals as long as they are educated and, vice versa, we accept pet owners as long as they guarantee that they are educated and used to being in company: D: D: D
Area mid-centre
The B&B is located in the center, not even 10 minutes walk from the center. In the area there are several commercial activities, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and more. It is about two kilometers from the beaches but can be reached in a few minutes by car. Very close to the B&B is also the shuttle stop that takes you to the various beaches and the stop of the buses that connect Villasimius to Cagliari and to Elmas airport. Despite being close to the center it is a quiet area where it is easy to find parking, which is free all over the street.
