The owners will welcome you in a charming villa restored in 2011, following principles of energy saving and the use of renewable sources. Here, hospitality and courtesy are the order of the day. The apartment, with an independent entrance, features a comfortable living room with kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, and a large bathroom with shower. The rooms can accommodate up to eight people, with the possibility of having single or double beds. From the windows, you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden, and on-site parking simplifies your travels. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, WiFi connection, hairdryer, desk, wardrobe, and hangers. In the living area, you will find everything you need: two tables with chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The final cleaning service is included in the rate, as well as the supply of bed linen and towels. The house exclusively uses sustainably produced electricity thanks to the integrated photovoltaic system on the roof. No gas or fossil fuels are used. We also care about saving drinking water: rainwater or water from the well in the courtyard is used in the bathrooms. For those who want to leave their car for a few hours, we provide a garage and bicycles for easy transportation in the city.
