Our establishment is located near Gardaland, Pederzoli Hospital, and the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda in Peschiera. Just 2 km away, you will find the train station, the highway exit to Venice and Milan, as well as the port of Peschiera, from where boats depart to various locations around Lake Garda. Our strategic location is ideal for couples and families who wish to visit Gardaland, attend events on the lake or the Verona fair, particularly Vinitaly, or take a relaxing break on Lake Garda during a trip to other destinations. You will be accommodated in a pleasant apartment on the first floor of our house. Upon request, air conditioning is available at an additional cost of 5 euros per day. After 2 days of stay, a deposit will be required, which will be refunded in case of cancellation communicated within 15 days prior. A supplement of 5 euros per day is required for the use of the kitchen for lunch or dinner.
