Located in the peaceful residential area outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), just a few minutes' walk from Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana, our cozy bed and breakfast offers spacious, bright, and quiet rooms with TV and private bathroom (with hairdryer and organic products). Free parking is available along the street in front of the B&B.
Upon request, we can add a third bed and offer discounts for extended stays. Pets are allowed. We provide free WiFi, maps and tourist guides, as well as a shuttle service to and from the train station upon request.
Within walking distance, you will find the public transport stop. After a restful night on our comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in our dedicated cozy dining room, which is also available for working on your computer or having your meals (and maybe even enjoying a tasty pizza for dinner!).
You can relax on our outdoor patio, where smoking is allowed, or in the garden, swaying on the hammock.
Our guests will have the opportunity to choose their preferred time to enjoy a delicious breakfast and inform us of their food preferences and habits.
Typically, at our B&B, we provide a variety of breakfast options, including coffee, cappuccino, tea, herbal teas, fresh orange juice, a selection of jams, honey, freshly baked croissants, muffins, tarts, cookies, pound cake, assorted pastries, muesli, and yogurt.
It will be a perfect way to start the day with energy and savor local specialties!

Since 2012, Alisa, the host, has been taking care of everything, from welcoming guests to preparing breakfast, paying attention to every detail.
As a member of FAI-Fondo Ambiente Italiano and FederTrek - Hiking and Environment, Alisa loves art, nature, and local traditions.
She is available to provide you with advice and, upon request, accompany you on gastronomic, cultural, and naturalistic tours in the area.
The Bed and Breakfast is located in the beautiful residential area of Tivoli, which not only is quiet and peaceful, but also offers breathtaking panoramic views of Rome.
Just a short walk from the B&B, you can reach the historical center, the magnificent Villa d'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and public transport stops. Moreover, parking along the road of the Bed and Breakfast is easy to find, safe, and free.
For those who love walks, nearby the property, there is a path surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and broom, which offers a picturesque view of Rome and enchanting sunsets.
