The view stretches across the small valley of Ventia, overlooking the Tiber and the ancient village of Civitella, with the towers of Perugia in the background on the horizon. For those who love nature and sports, it is possible to take nature walks along CAI trails, go mountain biking, or participate in our activities at the Educational Farm. For those who wish to visit medieval cities, Gubbio, Assisi, Spello, Todi, and others are just a few kilometers away. Upstairs, accessible by an external staircase (independent access) or an elevator, are the rooms used for the Bed and Breakfast. • Birch: double or twin. The spacious and comfortable room overlooks the garden and the Ventia valley. • Walnut: double. Furnished with typical Umbrian furniture in national walnut, the room overlooks the garden and the Ventia valley. • Olive: the room is arranged and designed for one person but a second bed can easily be added.
