The "Gli Oleandri" Bed & Breakfast is located on the hill of Popigliano, above the village of La Briglia, in a beautiful panoramic position, in a secluded but not isolated place, a few hundred meters away from SR 325 in the section that connects Prato with Vaiano. It has a small apartment with an independent entrance, consisting of a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom complete with a shower, a living room with a breakfast table and a double sofa bed, to accommodate up to four people. Upon request, a cot for a small child can also be provided; it is located in a detached villa on all four sides, surrounded by a garden of about 2,500 square meters, inhabited by the owners and with a vegetable garden cultivated directly by them. There is a porch available for breakfast or simply to relax and engage in reading or other leisure activities. Upon request, a barbecue in the garden can also be used. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Pets are not allowed, even small ones. The property is run on a family level, with breakfast personally prepared by the owner; in short, a welcoming and clean place, with everything planned and put into practice to make guests feel comfortable. It is also able to accommodate guests from abroad, as the owner and her husband speak four languages ??(English, French, German, and Spanish). The nearby village of La Briglia has a grocery store that sells newspapers, a post office, and a pharmacy. Prato city center is 7 km to the south, Vaiano city center is 3 km to the north, and Florence and Pistoia are less than 30 km away; in short, a place where you can stay secluded and peaceful while having everything essential at your disposal. For two-wheel enthusiasts (cyclists and motorcyclists), there is the possibility to park their vehicles in a closed garage, included in the price (maximum 2 vehicles). Booking Policies: At the time of order confirmation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation is required, which can be paid by advance bank transfer. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, we will provide the bank account details for the transfer. The remaining 70% must be paid upon arrival and in any case before the delivery of the room keys. Since the property is family-run, we do not have a POS, so the balance must be paid in cash. At the same time, a copy of a valid document must be provided for all persons staying in the apartment or booked room. Cancellation Policies: Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation penalty will be deducted. Within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid, equal to 30% of the total reservation, will be retained.
