Its strategic location allows easy walking access to all the main attractions of the city center, as well as historical and cultural points of interest, such as theaters, cinemas, charming taverns, and renowned restaurants. Additionally, it is close to the university, hospitals, and much more.
The property is easily reachable on foot from the train station (only 300 meters away) and is located near the most important bus stops, such as Ospedale Sant'Orsola, Malpighi, Maggiore, and Rizzoli. Furthermore, the Trade Fair District can be reached in just 8 minutes by bus, with the bus stop right in front of the house, bus number 28.
Piazza Maggiore, the University Campus, and other attractions are easily accessible within a short walk from the property. The two Towers, symbols of the city, are immersed in charming medieval alleys, full of charm, and the main museums are only a 5-minute walk away.
