This charming B&B is strategically located just 100 meters from the International Fair that hosts the Nautical Salon and the beginning of the famous seafront promenade of Corso Italia with its beach resorts. Moreover, it is a few minutes away from the Aquarium and the city center.
The rooms are located in a splendid historic building with precious mosaic marbles and high stuccoed ceilings, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and free high-speed wifi.
Furthermore, the internal parking is available upon request. The structure is ideal for both business trips and family vacations, as each room can accommodate from 1 to 3 people.
Guests will have at their disposal a large portion of the house, consisting of two large rooms, a large adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a breakfast room, and an outdoor terrace. You can easily reach the historic city center and the magnificent Piazza De Ferrari, as well as the prestigious Via di Strada Nuova (the street of museums) on foot or with a few bus stops, which are only 50 meters away.

One of the most enjoyable moments at our B&B is breakfast. Our friends and my mother Isabella, who helps me manage the B&B, are convinced that Isabella is an exceptional cook, especially when it comes to fish dishes. In addition, thanks to her many pastry courses, she is able to prepare many types of desserts, such as tarts, brioches, yogurt cakes, and "schiaccia" from the Island of Elba.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast that includes milk, tea, coffee, fruit juices, yogurt, pastries, and fresh fruit. Don’t miss out on the Genovese savory focaccia and a good espresso.
