Apartment in Napoli in the city center

Our property

In the heart of Naples' historical center, Donnaregina5 is a welcoming home run by a group of young individuals involved in a project supported by the Salesians. Located on the ground floor within the courtyard of a historic building, it provides a private and authentic atmosphere, ideal for experiencing the city from a prime location. Less than two hundred meters away, you can find the Naples Cathedral, the Treasure of San Gennaro, and the Donnaregina monumental complex. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach San Gregorio Armeno, the Sansevero Chapel with the famous Veiled Christ, the Santa Chiara complex, and Via San Biagio dei Librai. The Metro Line 2 (Piazza Cavour) and Line 1 (Museo) stations are about a five-minute walk away, offering quick connections to the waterfront, the train station, and other city neighborhoods. From here, it's easy to arrange visits to popular sanctuaries and places of worship, such as Pompeii and the tombs of San Gennaro, Santa Patrizia, and San Giuseppe Moscati. The recently renovated apartment features three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, a gas stove, a pod coffee machine, and a kettle. Comfort is assured with independent heating and free fiber WiFi. Guests also have access to a washing machine with detergent, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a small courtesy set with tea, coffee, and sugar. The rental operates on a short-term basis: upon arrival, you will find a set of bed linens and towels for each bed; for stays longer than four nights, linen changes can be requested. Cleaning and breakfast services are not provided during the stay. Guests are allowed to leave their luggage before check-in, and if available, they can access the apartment early; upon request and after verification, it may be possible to extend the check-out time for free. There are supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and essential services nearby. The house is located in a limited traffic zone active from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; a nearby private parking facility is available that allows access without the risk of fines. Perfect for couples, families with children, groups of friends, and solo travelers, Donnaregina5 serves as a strategic starting point to explore the historic center on foot and immerse yourself in the art, spirituality, and vibrancy of Naples.

The house is situated in the most authentic heart of Naples' historic center, a network of narrow streets, churches, and ancient buildings where every corner tells a story. Just a short walk away stands the Naples Cathedral, which houses the Treasure of San Gennaro and symbolizes the city's devotion. Continuing along Via dei Tribunali, one encounters artisan shops, historic pizzerias, and views that capture the city's most vibrant and genuine atmosphere. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach San Gregorio Armeno, famous for its traditional nativity scene workshops, the remarkable Cappella Sansevero with the Veiled Christ, and the monumental complex of Santa Chiara, featuring its majolica-clad cloister. Strolling further takes you to Piazza Dante, Via Toledo, the Spanish Quarters, and for those who wish to venture further, to Piazza del Plebiscito and the waterfront. The area is abundant in services: small supermarkets, cafes, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, and shops of all kinds are easily accessible. The stops for Metro Line 1 (Museo) and Line 2 (Piazza Cavour) provide quick connections to the train station, the port, and other parts of the city.
