Located along the magnificent Tyrrhenian coast, to the north of the Tiber Delta, you will find the picturesque village of Fiumicino. This charming settlement, situated at the end of Portuense Street, stretches along Torre Clementina Street, following a design by Giuseppe Valadier. Built using materials recovered from the ancient city of Porto, the Village included a variety of structures, including a church, a customs office, a post office, a health factory, a hotel, numerous taverns, and a row of fascinating residential palaces. This splendid area was separated from the canal by enchanting Italian gardens. Over the years, the entire complex has been wonderfully preserved and still maintains the original appearance conceived by Valadier. In fact, it has not undergone any structural modifications, except for the recent addition of wide promenades, which, however, have not altered the original layout of the village.
