Your stay at DolceVita Ambiez Rooms&Breakfast will be a unique experience, as our accommodations are all different. We offer our guests 3 bedrooms and 7 suites. The 3 bedrooms are made of Swiss stone pine wood, specially chosen to improve sleep quality, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being thanks to its fragrance. The 7 suites, on the other hand, are furnished with fir wood, a common material in the surrounding forests of San Lorenzo Dorsino. We have chosen wood to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, typical of mountain homes, and because solid wood naturally regulates air humidity, preventing the formation of mold and microorganisms. In all the suites, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and pots. Both in the suites and the bedrooms, you can also enjoy an espresso coffee machine. Naturally, every accommodation has a private bathroom and linens included.
All the homemade sweets are perfect for starting the day in the best way, especially during your well-deserved holidays. In our breakfasts, we add a special ingredient: a passion for authentic things.

Let me introduce myself: I am Francesca. DolceVita Ambiez comes to life from my family's passion for hospitality. This story began many years ago, when my father moved first to Switzerland and then to Milan to learn the trade. Upon his return home, he continued this experience together with my mother here in the heart of Trentino. Now it is my task to carry on this tradition: with the support of my parents, I have reclaimed and restored a building in the historic center of Dorsino. The elderly residents of the village still remember when this place was filled with the aroma of ciuìga, the typical sausage of this area made with pork and cooked turnips. From my parents, I have learned that attention to people is shown through small gestures: a homemade breakfast with genuine products, impeccable cleanliness, and the willingness to give advice on how to spend the day. It is important to emphasize that we are certified for the preparation of gluten-free desserts.
Located at the entrance of the marvelous Val d'Ambièz, the picturesque village of San Lorenzo in Banale is the gateway to the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. In the municipality of San Lorenzo Dorsino, there is a fully equipped sports center situated in the Promeghin locality. This sports center, which is approximately 400 meters away from the inhabited center of San Lorenzo, enjoys a panoramic and peaceful location, immersed in the greenery of a vast park. Here you will find numerous sports facilities that blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. San Lorenzo Dorsino is only 4 km away from Lake Nembia, 6 km from Lake Molveno, and 7 km from the Terme di Comano.
