The Courteous Residence is located in the heart of the historic center of Castagnole delle Lanze, at the foot of the suggestive panoramic tower built around 1880 by Count Paolo Ballada di Saint-Robert on the ruins of an ancient feudal castle. A few steps away stands the imposing baroque Church of San Pietro in Vincoli. Ascending from the picturesque Church of the confraternity of the White Beaters, a carefully restored ancient gate will welcome you to our "House", where you will find unique environments of simple elegance. It has been carefully renovated by the owners, ready to welcome you with warmth and friendliness. Through the ancient porch, you will access the reception, from where you can reach the spacious Breakfast Room or the more intimate Relaxation Room.
