The "B&B dell'Olmo" is located within a semi-detached villa situated in the green area of Brianza, in a quiet and peaceful residential area, well-served by transport, restaurants, and supermarkets. It has two non-smoking rooms: the large room with an internal bathroom and the studio with an external bathroom, exclusively for guests, overlooking the green garden. The attic is very spacious and can be used as a single room, double room, or twin room. It can accommodate up to five beds, becoming a quintuple (no bunk beds). Just let me know your needs at the time of booking. Access to the attic is internal to the apartment and is via a spiral staircase. The studio room is a single located on the ground floor next to the bathroom for guests' exclusive use. The environment is quiet and relaxed, and guests' privacy is fully guaranteed. The B&B is located in a small green oasis that we personally take care of and that allows you to forget that you are in a highly urbanized area. The garden is available to guests. There is a large free parking nearby. Continental breakfast is served in the large and bright kitchen and includes homemade cakes personally made by me. The name of the B&B derives from the memory of a large and old elm tree that characterized the street and was cut down a few years ago. A memory of what was once an access road to the fields, now urbanized.
