Agriturismo Colle in Ceralto

Holiday House in Gualdo Cattaneo in the countryside

Nestled in the serene embrace of the Umbrian countryside, Agriturismo Colle in Ceralto is located at the edge of a small medieval village that shares its name. It rests on the slopes of a hill, surrounded by lush and pristine nature. Oak, holm oak, and strawberry tree forests alternate with stretches of olive groves, creating a harmonious landscape that encourages visitors to slow down and reconnect with their own pace amid silence, earthy scents, and open horizons. The property comprises two independent structures: the Casolare dell’Elce and the Casa dei Cavalli, both featuring expansive, well-maintained green spaces and a beautiful panoramic pool overlooking the gentle surrounding hills. The outdoor areas become inviting spaces to enjoy throughout the day, from the cool shade of the pergola during summer to the cozy atmosphere by the fireplace in winter, all within a setting that blends comfort with rustic simplicity. Casa dei Cavalli can accommodate up to eight people and consists of two self-contained apartments, converted from an ancient Umbrian farmhouse that has been renovated while honoring tradition. Fiordaliso, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a living room featuring exposed wooden beams and a fireplace, leading to the kitchen and two bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower. Direct access to the garden and the spacious outdoor porch allows for full enjoyment of the outdoor areas. Betulla, located on the first floor and accessible via external stone stairs, offers a living area with a fireplace and wooden ceilings, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub. Both apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, inviting communal spaces, and outdoor areas perfect for relaxation, along with access to the pool, a wood-fired oven, barbecue facilities, and leisure amenities. Casolare dell’Elce, which can host up to twelve guests, spans two levels, renovated while retaining the typical features of Umbrian architecture, including stone walls, exposed beams, and rustic-style furnishings that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with direct access to a furnished outdoor patio. The upper floor features another living area with a fireplace, a second kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, providing generous spaces designed for large families or groups. Surrounding the villa is a large garden equipped with a wood-fired oven, barbecue, and an infinity pool offering sweeping views of the hilly landscape. The elevated location makes the property an ideal base for exploring the region and easily reaching charming villages and artistic cities such as Montefalco, Bevagna, Todi, Montecastello di Vibio, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, and Spoleto, allowing guests to discover cultural routes, scenic landscapes, and a rich culinary heritage. Managed by the same family for generations, the establishment maintains a deep connection with the land and local traditions, providing guests with a tranquil oasis away from daily stress, where life can reconnect in a more intimate and authentic way with nature and the rhythms of the seasons.
