The Red Room:
This spacious and tranquil room overlooks the garden. Decorated in shades of red, it features a romantic canopy bed imported from Bali. The private bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Enjoy satellite TV with the full Sky package. The cost of the room is €115 per night for double occupancy and €100 for single occupancy.
The White Room:
Romantic and cozy, this room is decorated in sand and mocha tones. It has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Enjoy satellite TV with the full Sky package. The cost of the room is €95 per night for double occupancy and €80 for single occupancy.
The Grey Room:
Minimalist in design and poetic in detail, this room is decorated in shades of grey with a hint of red. It has two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Enjoy satellite TV with the full Sky package. The cost of the room is €95 per night for double occupancy and €80 for single occupancy.

The service is available from 8:00 to 10:30 (Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 to 11:00) in the bright room overlooking the beautiful garden. You are free to help yourself from the buffet and enjoy the splendid view and surrounding tranquility, taking all the time you want. We are always at your disposal for any request and will be happy to have a chat with you. Additionally, the kitchen will remain open all day and guests are free to use anything in the refrigerator and on the shelves. Please note that cooking independently is not allowed.

I am delighted to welcome you to our fascinating world. I discovered the building at Via Voghera 7 about twenty years ago. It was an old concrete plant that had been out of use for over fifty years. Despite its state of abandonment, we recognized its potential and decided to create a small community around a central garden. Our goal was to create an oasis of serenity, isolated from the outside world. During the renovation, which I personally dedicated my attention to as an architect, I tried to preserve the original spirit of the building, making some innovations without being too pretentious.
I live here, right in front of you. On the other side of the garden, my sister and her large family live, while my architecture studio is on the first floor. I am usually easily reachable here, but it may happen that I am away for work. Therefore, I will be a discreet presence but always available in case you need me, whether it's for information, assistance, or simply to have a chat. Do not hesitate to contact me on my mobile if you don't see me around. If I don't answer the call, please leave me a message on WhatsApp and I will be happy to call you back. Alternatively, you can also come up to the first floor where my studio is located.
