A unique accommodation facility, ideal for a comfortable, peaceful, and environmentally friendly experience. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, bathroom amenities kit, slippers, kettle, and a wide selection of hot beverages to enjoy in total relaxation in the room, on the balcony, or in our equipped garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The breakfast room is available to our guests, who can book the service online or directly at check-in. A rich buffet over 4 meters long and a refrigerated display case offer the best local and Italian products on the market, with a lovely view of the garden. During the summer, breakfast can also be enjoyed outdoors, at tables specially set up in the garden. The strategic location of our facility offers numerous advantages to meet the different needs of our guests. Just 20 meters away is Corso Vittorio Veneto, one of the main streets of the city, with all its shops and services. The airport is only 4.5 km away, the marina 2.5 km, and the train station 1 km. Of course, our main attraction during the summer is the beaches. To the north, the nearest beach is Pittulongu, only 6.5 km away, from which a series of other beaches extend for over 13 km to the picturesque village of Golfo Aranci. To the south, the nearest beach is Porto Istana, also 6.5 km away, and in the southern part of the city, there are numerous beaches that lead to the charming village of San Teodoro, 25 km away. The historic center of Olbia and its pedestrian area are about 900 meters away. The strategic location outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) makes traffic and parking very easy and fast. Although we do not have reserved parking, you will always find quiet and safe parking right outside our entrance gate.
