Casa Montanari B&B
Casa Montanari is a recently renovated cozy B&B located a short distance from the center of Bologna. This charming bed and breakfast offers two types of rooms for its guests:
- A double room, equipped with a comfortable double bed or two single beds, with a private bathroom complete with a spacious shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
- A triple room, with a double bed and a single bed or three single beds, also with a private bathroom complete with a large shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
The common area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast, with a capsule coffee machine and a refrigerator available to guests. Bed linens and towels are included in the price of the stay.
For smokers, there is a shared balcony. Daily cleaning and tidying of the rooms are carried out, while the change of linen is done every four days.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast of your choice with coffee, milk, tea, herbal infusions, fruit juice, cookies, toast, jam, Nutella, yogurt, cereal, croissants, cake, and much more.
We also offer a specially prepared breakfast for those with celiac disease, with gluten-free products. Our B&B is certified by AIC, the Italian Celiac Association.

The Casa Montanari B&B is located in the Costa-Saragozza district and is an ideal base for tourists looking to explore Bologna. The strategic location offers numerous attractions within walking distance. For example, the historic center can be reached with just a 15-minute leisurely walk. Additionally, just a 5-minute walk away is the famous colonnade that leads to the Sanctuary of the Madonna of San Luca, a place of great religious importance and breathtaking beauty. The Maggiore Hospital and the Dall'Ara Stadium are also only 5 and 3 minutes away, respectively.
For guests who prefer to travel by car, the entrance to the ring road and the highway is reachable in just a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the B&B, there are shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, some of which also offer high-quality organic products.
Furthermore, in the surrounding area, there is a bike path that offers various excursion possibilities. One route leads directly to the historic center in just a few minutes, while another heads towards the outskirts and, after a few kilometers, leads to the wonderful Chiusa Park, also known as Talon. This park is an oasis of tranquility immersed in nature, with enchanting landscapes to discover.
Finally, just a 5-minute walk from the B&B is the sanctuary of San Luca, which represents the first stage of the Via degli Dei Path. This itinerary offers a unique experience, rich in history, nature, culture, and gastronomy, starting from Bologna and reaching all the way to Florence.
