Location Our property is the perfect location for couples and families who want to find the comforts of their own home while on vacation, for a romantic getaway in a peaceful environment, and for those who want to spend a beach vacation while visiting beautiful places. The house is located in a residential area, 150m from the farmhouse you will find a supermarket with local products, and nearby you can find a pharmacy, laundry, pastry shop, pizzeria, and all kinds of shops. Surroundings The farmhouse is strategically located, a short distance from the sandy beach of Porto Potenza Picena and the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera, Numana, Sirolo, and Portonovo. Nearby are the Basilica of Loreto, Recanati, and some of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Less than an hour's drive away, you can visit Ascoli Piceno or Urbino or explore the beautiful Frasassi Caves! Our home is located in an area of great wine value. The road between the hills and the sea is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, in a place with a spectacular view. In June, the sunflower blossoms are spectacular. Property features There are three apartments available, with two or four beds, of different types, elegantly furnished with antique furniture, wooden beamed ceilings, kitchen, and fireplace/terrace. You have the freedom to return at any time of the night, parking space, a lovely garden with a barbecue area and relaxation zones.
