The Agostini Restaurant Pizzeria was founded in 1979 in the heart of Fai della Paganella thanks to Giorgio Agostini's idea. Since then, our family has been committed to offering you the authentic flavors of Trentino, with carefully prepared dishes and high-quality ingredients typical of the region.
POTATO PIE
Upon reservation, you will have the opportunity to taste our most characteristic and sought-after dish: the potato pie. Prepared in a wood-fired oven, it will be served with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables, and borlotti beans. All of this will be accompanied by our Teroldego wine.

PIZZAS
The classic dough for Neapolitan pizza is made with flour, water, salt, and yeast. However, it is the secret and skill of the pizza maker that makes each pizza unique. Our pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven and topped with fresh and high-quality ingredients. In our menu, you will find over 60 different combinations. Homemade gluten-free pizzas are also available.
