This quaint independent house, located within an 18th-century building, retains the charm of the past while offering elegantly renovated spaces that pay attention to detail. The private entrance opens into a spacious and bright living area, where a comfortable sofa and a hidden double bed create a cozy and functional atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, while the main bathroom, featuring a shower, is located on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the windowed loft, which contains a small bedroom with a single bed and an additional bathroom, making the accommodation suitable for couples, families with a child, or small groups. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Comfort is assured with a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system, a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, kettle, and bed and bath linens, with the option for extra changes. To enhance the experience, a small internal terrace provides an intimate space for breakfast or moments of relaxation outdoors. The location is perfect for immersing oneself in the authentic life of the village, where one can still admire the wooden boats of local fishermen. Surrounding the house are seaside restaurants, gourmet pizzerias, ice cream shops, equipped beach clubs, and bus stops. Although the area is a limited traffic zone, there are free or paid parking options available nearby. A convenient transfer to and from Catania Airport can also be arranged upon request.
