Our two recently renovated apartments are on the first floor with lift access, just 50 metres from the sandy beach. Designed mainly for couples and families, they're compact – 38 and 40 m² – but thoughtfully organised and equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, washing machine and access to gated, video-monitored condominium parking with unassigned spaces. Beach Studio – 38 m² - CIN IT068024C225C2674F - CIR 068024CVP0018 Compact and practical, Beach Studio is ideal for couples and small families. The double sleeping area is separated from the living room, which also has a sofa bed. It's a great choice if you plan to spend your days at the beach or exploring Abruzzo and want a comfortable, well-equipped base to come home to. To make sure you know exactly what to expect, we'd like to point out that this isn't a sea-view apartment: you can only catch a small glimpse of the sea between the surrounding buildings. The bathroom is compact too, and the shower is 60 cm wide. Its real luxury is much simpler: stepping outside and having the beach practically on your doorstep. Beach Terrace – 40 m² - CIN IT068024C26GLZDS3J - CIR 068024CVP0029 Beach Terrace combines the same great location with the pleasure of having your own outdoor space. It has one double bed only, in a sleeping area that can be separated from the living room by a custom-made partition, plus a separate children's bedroom with bunk beds, making it particularly suitable for families. The terrace has a table and chairs for four and two sun loungers, giving you somewhere to enjoy breakfast outdoors, have lunch after the beach or unwind on a summer evening. Beach Terrace is also a compact 40 m² apartment and does not have a sea view. Think of the terrace as your own outdoor living space rather than a panoramic terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, gelato shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, playground, beach clubs and the cycle path connecting Montesilvano with Pescara are all nearby. And whenever you fancy a day away from the beach, Montesilvano makes a convenient base for discovering a region where sea and mountains are remarkably close: Gran Sasso, Majella, historic villages and the Trabocchi Coast can all be explored on day trips. Beach Apartments offers private holiday rentals rather than serviced accommodation, so we're unable to provide hotel-style services such as breakfast or housekeeping during your stay. Your apartment will, of course, be clean, fully prepared and supplied with bed linen and towels when you arrive.
