We are Enrica, Roberto, and Samuele, the protagonists of this incredible adventure. It all started from a dream, from the desire to meet new people with whom to share joys and experiences. I, Enrica, have always lived in this wonderful place and over the years I have seen many changes. When I was little, my grandparents lived a peasant life: we had a stable with cows and I loved spending my days outdoors, surrounded by animals. But things change over time. We all grow up and this simple life is no longer enough; we have to find a stable job and live in a hectic way. Today I realize how serene my loved ones were, with so little but with so much freedom and nature. Two years ago we decided that this magnificent house, which is getting old, should also be enjoyed by other people. We wanted to let them breathe the genuine and peaceful air of the outskirts of Biella, without depriving anyone of comfort and preserving some of its history. That's how the idea of opening our B&B, Il Cortile, was born, which day after day is being discovered and appreciated by numerous travelers. Each of them brings experiences, courtesy, love, and friendliness with them. This choice proves to be more and more fitting every day. We have had the pleasure of meeting people from all over the world, each one different from the other, but together they form a big family, enriching our home with stories and our lives with new friends. People with different habits and tastes, but every time they leave our "nest" they make us feel happy for their kind words and for the shared experience in our B&B. Our son, Samuele, is accumulating a wealth of life that few can boast. He has learned to share and understand the importance of friendliness and hospitality. Moreover, he has had the opportunity to get to know realities different from his everyday life, which are helping him in his growth and his journey towards adulthood.
