The B&B's structure is entirely made of wood and derivatives panels, with internal clay finishes, using dry technologies that avoid the use of harmful substances to health. The rooms open towards the outside, with a terrace and large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The structure is equipped with thermo-hydraulic and electric systems powered mainly by renewable sources, such as thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, ensuring high comfort and limiting energy consumption by up to 70%. In addition, the construction falls within the A+ class (excellence value). The B&B has three rooms, two of which with the possibility of a crib for children up to 3 years old and one with the possibility of an additional bed for children up to 17 years old. The rooms are simply but functionally furnished, with a private bathroom, air conditioning, free wi-fi, television, wardrobe, bed and bath linen, coffee, tea and chamomile kettle, and a desk. The structure also offers services such as luggage storage, unguarded outdoor parking, breakfast room, air-conditioned rooms, and a terrace. Guests cannot use the kitchen, but they can use the breakfast room and the terrace as common spaces.
