Our apartments are located in the heart of Seregno, just a few steps from the historic center, just outside the ZTL. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous services, including bars and pastry shops, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores of various kinds, jewelers, and much more. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the surrounding areas, both by train (the train station is only a 2-minute walk away) and by car by taking the nearby "Superstrada Milano - Meda" and SS 36 "Milano - Lecco". Among the most famous destinations are Milan, the charming lakes of Lecco and Como, the Monza racetrack, and the Rho fair. Both apartments have a modern and refined design with handmade wooden details that give a special touch. Every element has been carefully chosen and arranged. There is a fully equipped open kitchen at your disposal, which has everything you need for meal preparation (dishes, glasses, pots, etc.) as well as a microwave, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub or shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer, also includes towel sets, shower gel, and shampoo. The spacious living room also features a comfortable double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Each apartment includes everything you need for cleaning, a clothesline, as well as a portable air conditioning unit and column and ceiling fans.
