My name is Gaetano Calabrese, I have a high school certificate and started the veterinary University in Perugia. After quitting the University, I worked in different areas: a boat storage and I ran a beach bar and a bathing establishment. Furthermore I‘ve been working on antique furniture restoration for over fifteen years; I liked it so much - I still do it today! As I like changes, my wife and I started this new “adventure” and created the first Bed & Breakfast in Praia a Mare, so…here we are! My wife’s name is Antonella and without her, I would be lost! She’s a very ambitious woman, she also helps me in the furniture restoration, and lastly, she’s a great cook! Our main courses are local, calabrian specialties made with hot pepper. We have two daughters: Flavia and Michela, both blonde with blue eyes… more Swedish than Italian! They are very cute. This is our family.
