The bread and salted focaccia are made with our trusted flour, obtained from the baker in Bedizzole. The biscuits are made with our flour in Odolo, by the renowned baker Beniamino Bazzoli, awarded as the best Italian baker on numerous occasions. The cakes, on the other hand, are homemade by my daughter Elena. The jams and fruit juices are produced by the "Le Caselle" Farm in Prevalle, while the honey comes from the Boni Beekeeping in Bedizzole. The cold cuts are supplied by the Marchesini Agricultural Society in Bedizzole, while the organic cheeses come from the "Il Cammino" Farm in Nuvolera. Fresh milk is supplied by the Brescia Milk Center, which is also our supplier of yogurt and butter. The mineral water, both still and sparkling, is the Castello delle Fonti from Vallio Terme. Hot drinks are served at the table without limitations, you can choose between moka or espresso coffee, milk, tea, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. Every day you will find fresh seasonal fruit, grown by us or by local companies.
