"Gli Ulivi" is a family-run farmhouse, or rather, a large family that knows how to welcome you with experience and simplicity, in a historic building equipped with all the comforts for hospitality in line with today's tourism.
Overlooking a veranda that opens onto a magnificent landscape, a stone's throw from the woods and surrounded by 180 hectares of farm that can offer you the best flavors of the territory, organic and local, you will feel as if you are rediscovering a timeless place.
"Gli Ulivi" is the ideal place to escape the city and discover the unique scenery of the Romagna hills. Nine rooms, all equipped with TV, refrigerator, and every comfort, offer a discreet and relaxing atmosphere, personalized with Provencal and shabby chic furnishings, where you can get lost for a peaceful rest.
Surrounded by the suggestive panorama of the Apennine hills of Forlì, near the town of Predappio, the Gli Ulivi farmhouse is an oasis of relaxation and well-being immersed in nature.
The farmhouse is housed in a historic building equipped with all the comforts for hospitality in line with today's tourism.

We often have the pleasure of personally meeting the producers, in addition to our own farm products: vegetables, fruit, flour, oil, handmade pasta, cured meats, and cheeses from our farms, bread, and piadina.
Our recipes are based on simplicity and authenticity.

The farmhouse is part of an authentic farm. Every corner will allow you to explore and discover life among the hills and countryside: you can observe the horses, the animal breeding, and take walks in the surroundings.
We pay great attention to our young guests: at the farmhouse, there is a large playground that offers all children the opportunity to have fun. There is also entertainment and guided tours of the farm. For us at "gli ulivi", seeing the enthusiasm in the eyes of our little guests is always a joy that makes all the work we do every day worthwhile.
For those who prefer a sports-oriented vacation, the surroundings of the farmhouse offer numerous itineraries. You can go on hikes for a few days immersed in nature, go horseback riding, cycling, or mountain biking.
Whether you are an experienced athlete or simply looking for a day trip, you will have many choices available. From leisurely walks to more challenging trails, you can visit a fascinating and yet-to-be-discovered territory.
While walking in the surroundings, it is easy to come across a wildlife rich in surprises: pheasants, hares, partridges, and deer.
