In the heart of the green Italian countryside, the story of "Al Buttasella" begins in 1989 when Paolo, with the support of his father Emilio, transforms a vast green area into an equestrian paradise. With tall trees, hedges, and fences for horses, the project takes shape thanks to Paolo's passion for horse riding and the inspiration from his military riding instructor, Glauco Secchi. Thus, the Equestrian Association "Al Buttasella" is born, named after a military signal given with a trumpet to saddle the horses of the unit.
Paolo and Emilio, a mason by trade, build a rural building as a storage for agricultural tools, marking the beginning of an adventure that would exceed their expectations. With the approval of the Municipality of Mortegliano, Paolo obtains the permit to start an agritourism activity. With the help of the family, he creates a welcoming facility that reflects their commitment and dedication.
In March 1997, Paolo's mother Bruna, with the support of the whole family, officially launches the agritourism business. When Bruna decides to retire, Paolo and his wife Sonia take the reins of the agriturismo, continuing to manage it with pride and passion. Thanks to their hard work and family support, "Al Buttasella" has become a renowned place for the authenticity and warmth with which it welcomes its guests, realizing a dream born from nothing and nurtured with love.
