Casa di Marco with Garden is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy a relaxing stay just minutes from the heart of Salerno. The spacious private garden at the entrance serves as a green oasis ideal for unwinding, reading a book, or allowing children to play safely. The veranda overlooking the garden invites guests to savor breakfast outdoors or enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. Inside, the house features two double bedrooms, a crib for younger guests, a fully equipped kitchen for shared lunches and dinners, and a bathroom complete with a washing machine. The environment is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year. The independent entrance guarantees utmost privacy, while free parking makes it easy to get around. Breakfast is served at a nearby affiliated café, and the bus stop right outside the gate makes transportation even more convenient. In just a few minutes, guests can reach the city’s main attractions, including the Cathedral, the Provincial Art Gallery, the Arechi Castle, and further afield, the port of Maiori. Salerno – Costa d’Amalfi Airport is only 22 km away. Essential grocery shopping can also be arranged upon request: simply send a short list before arrival, and everything will be ready in the kitchen at check-in, with guests only needing to pay for the receipt. Hello everyone! The idea of opening "A casa di Marco" stems from my brother Marco's dream, who lived with me not long ago. Unfortunately, he has passed away, but his desire to create a vacation home to welcome people from around the globe lives on through this project. The Brignano neighborhood, where our vacation home is located, is a peaceful and well-equipped residential area, perfect for those who want to stay in a relaxed environment without sacrificing the convenience of having everything within reach. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center yet well-connected, making it an excellent base for exploring Salerno and its surroundings. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find mini-markets for daily shopping, cozy cafes to start your day with a good coffee, and pizzerias where you can savor authentic Italian pizza fresh out of the oven. The neighborhood church serves as a spiritual and cultural landmark for those who enjoy rediscovering community life even while traveling. Brignano is serviced by buses, with a stop right in front of the house, making it easy to reach the historic center, the waterfront, and the main attractions of the city. Strolling through its streets allows you to immerse yourself in a serene atmosphere, surrounded by hilly views and open landscapes of the mountains, in a setting that combines the simplicity of daily life with the genuine beauty of the Salerno region.
