The '57 Bed & Breakfast is an authentic apartment located below ours, completely independent and equipped with all the comforts. It is situated in a semi-central but quiet area, on the raised ground floor of a small condominium. In addition to the kitchen and dining room, it offers a double bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. You can enjoy maximum privacy.
Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the suburban train station, and 5 minutes away are the bus stops.
The '57 Bed & Breakfast is conveniently accessible from the A1 motorway and the ring road to Bologna. Furthermore, it is close to the Unipol Arena, Cineca, and Villa Chiara Clinic. Bologna Maggiore Hospital and Renato Dall'Ara Stadium can be reached in just a 10-minute drive.
Guests will have full use of the kitchen.
Upon request, it is possible to use a private and fenced parking space at a cost of €5 per day, with a €30 deposit for the automatic gate remote control.
