Zona 30 was conceived, designed, and built within Palmanova, a precious Italian fortress, with the aim of meeting the needs of the many cyclists who pass through it every year.
We know that cyclists want to nourish themselves with healthy food and get the necessary energy. At our place, we offer delicious and customized breakfasts, both sweet and savory. We also have the option to serve breakfast in advance for those who want to leave early. Additionally, we propose specially prepared lunch boxes for your bike excursions. And if you feel like taking a break, we provide a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy a tea or coffee, or prepare simple meals together.

It has three single beds that on request can become a double bed plus a single. Suitable for couples, families with one child or three friends, it has a private bathroom and a small outdoor area for moments of relaxation or to enjoy breakfast in privacy.
The room has a private bathroom and four beds, which can become one double bed plus two single ones, two double beds or four single beds, on request. It is suitable for a family with four members, for two couples or four a group of friends.
Palmanova, the fortified Venetian city, renowned worldwide for its distinctive nine-pointed star shape, is a must-visit destination. In the vicinity, you can explore the Roman city of Aquileia and the Lombard city of Cividale. These three locations are recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites. Zona 30 Bike Guesthouse is conveniently located just minutes away from the highway connecting Italy, Austria, and Slovenia. It is within walking distance of the bus station (with the option of transporting bicycles) and the train station, which is situated just outside the city walls (with bike-carrying carts available).
