The B&B Zia Nì was created by Mario and Lynsey with the intention of offering a peaceful and healthy place, immersed in nature.
In 2007, the idea of ??building a new structure in Valle Sant'Elia in Peschici, immersed in a 6-hectare olive grove and orchard, was born. The B&B Zia Nì was designed to provide comfort and respect for the surrounding environment.
The structure was built following ecological criteria: using solar panels for hot water and photovoltaic panels for electricity. Water supply is provided through an artesian well, thus ensuring pure and filtered water.
The ground floor is available to guests and offers a spacious lounge with a view of the valley. Here you can have breakfast indoors during the cold periods and on the spacious outdoor veranda during the hot summer days.
Our rooms, spacious and large (45 sqm), have a small 15 sqm outdoor veranda overlooking the olive grove. Each room is named after a fruit tree present on the property such as Olive, Fig, Carob, and Pomegranate, and is furnished accordingly. The beds are comfortable and the showers are spacious.
The rooms are ideal for families, as the sofa in the lounge area can be transformed into a double bed. Each room is equipped with a bathroom with shower, double bed, wardrobe, sofa, low table, flat-screen TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, and minibar.
We are extremely proud of our vegetable garden and fruit trees at Zia Ni. We do not use fertilizers or pesticides, and our seasonal products are fresh, tasty, and organic. Growing our own products allows us to harvest them when they are at their best, so the fruits of our trees arrive directly on the breakfast table.
The selection is wide and includes apricots, medlars, mulberries, watermelons, peaches, and pomegranates. In our vegetable garden, we also grow lettuce, spinach, eggplants, zucchini, pumpkins, peppers, and tomatoes. There is nothing fresher to offer our customers than freshly picked tomatoes, at their peak ripeness, so tasty that it makes your mouth water, accompanied by freshly baked Apulian bread.
We also have an herb and spice garden with arugula, rosemary, sage, oregano, basil, and chili. There is nothing more satisfying than going outside and picking your own food, admiring the miracle of nature at work.
During the summer months, our delightful morning breakfast is served on our magnificent terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding panorama. Our menu features delicious local products, such as Apulian bread, freshly baked cakes and muffins, freshly picked fruit from the trees that surround the property, homemade jams, and freshly squeezed juices. Additionally, we also offer typical cheeses and cold cuts from the area.
We are able to cater to every dietary requirement and are happy to provide gluten-free and lactose-free products for those who need them. Please don't hesitate to communicate your specific needs to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
