Nestled among the hills surrounding Noto, Villa Zammarra welcomes its guests in an ancient family estate transformed into a charming residence. The breathtaking landscape steals the show: from the terraces and the pool, one can gaze out and see the Mediterranean and Ionian seas embraced in a single view. Surrounding the villa, six hectares of countryside cultivated with almond trees, olive groves, and carob trees create a tranquil atmosphere, occasionally interrupted by the song of cicadas on summer days.
The villa features a total of five rooms that elegantly evoke the refined style of 20th-century Sicily, designed to provide maximum comfort: wooden-beamed ceilings, private bathrooms, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The panoramic pool includes a hot tub area, a children’s section, and a spacious sun deck with loungers and gazebos, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
Villa Zammarra is born from a love for this land and a desire to share an authentic and evocative place with travelers. Its location is ideal for exploring the Baroque architecture of the Val di Noto, the natural reserves of Vendicari and Eloro, and the fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo, with easy access to Syracuse, Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa Ibla. It is a sanctuary that combines nature, history, and Sicilian hospitality for a stay that lingers in the heart.
The Mirror Room, in a quintessential '90s style, reflects our passion and attention to detail. Intimate and welcoming, its true highlight is the magnificent view from its window.
Featuring a comfortable and spacious double bed, a private bathroom, and air conditioning, it can also be used as a single room.
The 70s room: The 70s Room reflects the typical 1970s spatial concept, with shapes and colors characteristic of the era.

The 40s room (Cinema room): The Cinema room, furnished in a 1940s style, is embellished with original details from the world of cinema, which has always focused on Sicily and its history, ensuring guests experience their stay like the stars of those years.
Equipped, like all our rooms, with air conditioning and a private bathroom, the room's large size allows us to increase its capacity to up to 4 guests with the addition of one or two comfortable additional single beds.
