Ten rooms and three apartments in the center of Rome, fully renovated and just minutes away from the Vatican. Your Vatican Suite provides comfortable accommodations and high-quality services for your stay in the Eternal City. The rooms of our bed and breakfast are located in two buildings, within short distance from each other, one in Piazza dei Prati degli Strozzi and one in Viale Giuseppe Mazzini, while the apartments are always located in the Prati area, on Via Bafile.
In the morning, you can treat your taste buds to a breakfast that you have booked the night before, offering you a wide choice of sweet and savory options. The breakfast will be served directly to your room at the time you indicated when placing your order. You won't be able to resist the pleasure of savoring our delicious Italian cappuccino, with its irresistible frothy and abundant foam.

Each room has basic services such as air conditioning, wifi, private bathroom with courtesy kit combined with other additional services such as hairdryer, LED TV, kettle for good tea, hot milk or a relaxing infusion. For our guests, there is also a mini bar with excellent Italian wine and snacks on consumption.

We carried out a thorough and comprehensive renovation three years ago, paying attention to both the furnishings and the facilities.
I personally take care of the management with great care, providing attentive support in the four days prior to check-in to facilitate your arrival and make your stay enjoyable from the very beginning.
Prati is an elegant and upscale neighborhood in the city, home to the courts and just a 15-minute walk from the Vatican City.
Its privileged location allows for easy access to the rest of the city: just 200 meters away, you will find the bus stop at Piazzale Clodio, while the Ottaviano metro station is only a 13-minute walk away. Additionally, the famous Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's most exclusive shopping streets, is just a 15-minute distance.
In Prati, you will find a wide selection of high-quality, renowned restaurants, as well as charming local spots at affordable prices.
