The apartment is characterized by a bright living room with a terrace that offers a enchanting view of the communal greenery and the vast hilly expanse of Boschetto. The living room, essential and welcoming, is furnished with two artisanal single beds, shelves, a chest of drawers, and a small desk. The carefully designed kitchen features green wooden furniture and a small veranda ideal for enjoying breakfast in the open air.
Unlike most B&Bs, here you can use the kitchen, equipped with a modern induction hob with three burners, a brand new refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, and utensils for six people. You will also find olive and seed oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and salt. I am at your disposal to provide any additional needs.
The bathroom, simple but well-kept, is furnished with yellow accessories and vintage white wooden furniture handmade by me. It has a bathtub, a small washing machine, and ample space to store your personal belongings.
At the entrance, you will find a large wardrobe and a vintage shoe rack. The storage room is equipped with wooden shelves, a powerful traditional vacuum cleaner, a rechargeable portable vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
I don't hide the small imperfections: some tiles and furniture date back to the 70s, but vintage charm is always in style, right? The area is extremely quiet, with elegant buildings immersed in greenery.
We prepare the apartment with great care, considering the comfort of our guests, cleanliness, and ensuring a breakfast full of delights. You will find a selection of jams, sweet hazelnut cream, white sugar, cane sugar, and sweetener, butter, milk, cream, yogurt, eggs, fresh water, fruit juices, fresh bread, and crunchy biscuits. There will certainly be snacks and a variety of hot beverages, including capsule coffee, instant coffee, soluble barley, barley and soluble coffee, and tea infusions. What more could you wish for?
