Dedicated to the figure of Greek mythology associated with the Sun, the Helios apartment can accommodate up to four people. Each of the spaces is finely furnished with design objects for a comfortable and exclusive stay. According to legend, every day Helios climbed in the morning on his solar chariot and walked the sky until sunset, bringing light and heat to Earth. It is the brightness of the rooms, finely furnished and embellished with design details, to welcome guests once they cross the threshold. The accommodation for the night consists of an independent double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed, also double, in the living room. The kitchen, equipped with induction hob and complete in all its equipment, is retractable. There is also a fridge, an electric kettle and an espresso machine. The bathroom is internal, private and equipped with shower cabin and bidet. The air conditioning is autonomous and controllable through a wall thermostat. Linen is included, as well as the bathroom kit there are also two Smart-TV, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. All guests of Xenios can enjoy the Wi-Fi internet connection, available throughout the hotel, and the garage for cars and motorcycles adjacent to the entrance.

Each of the spaces is finely furnished with design objects for a comfortable and exclusive stay. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob and complete in all its equipment, including refrigerator, electric kettle and pod espresso machine. From the bedroom you can access the private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect space for summer evenings. The air conditioning is autonomous and controllable through a wall thermostat. Linen is included, as well as the bathroom kit while the clothing can be stored in the spacious closet of the bedroom on the first floor. There are also three Smart-TVs in the entire apartment, one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms. The concept of Xenia has its roots in ancient Greek culture, where hospitality was seen as a fundamental virtue and a social obligation. Drawing inspiration from Xenios, the Greek name for Zeus and protector of guests and travelers, two exclusive apartments have been created in the heart of the historic center of Assisi.
Xenios is located in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, just a one-minute walk from Piazza del Comune and a short distance from the wonders of the city.
To reach us, simply enter the center of Assisi through Porta Nuova, follow Via Borgo Aretino and then Corso Mazzini, until you reach Piazza del Comune. From there, continue along Via San Gabriele dell'Addolorata, always on the main road.
If you are traveling by car, access is only allowed for loading/unloading. We recommend parking your car at the Saba parking lot in Piazza Matteotti, which is just a few minutes away from our apartments.
