My personal growth began in Germany, where I had the opportunity to learn a new language and experience hospitality. Subsequently, I pursued a career as a concierge in London, working in luxurious five-star establishments from the age of 23. Thanks to my mastery of four languages, I had the chance to travel across oceans, carrying with me a great passion for hospitality.
