ViviTorino is located on the third floor of a prestigious building from the 1930s, in a recently renovated apartment furnished with antique and vintage furniture, as well as modern accessories.
Currently, it consists of two rooms, one with three beds and the other with a double bed, both with exclusive use of the bathroom (located outside the rooms). Each room is equipped with a table, chair, armchair, and WiFi connection for internet access. Upon request, it is possible to add a third or fourth additional bed.
A cozy breakfast room has been set up specifically for guests, while the spacious living room entrance is designed for relaxation, consulting guides and books, and engaging in conversations.
Paid private parking is available in the building courtyard. Dog sitting and babysitting services can be arranged upon reservation.
Despite being only three blocks away from the lively "movida" area of Sansalvario, ViviTorino is located on a pleasantly quiet street.
We have recently added a "dependency" in the same building.
This independent apartment is spread over two floors and covers 40 square meters, with a well-equipped kitchen. It offers a spacious, romantic, and peaceful environment, suitable for 2-4 people (see latest images).
