Upon your arrival, our esteemed guests will have the opportunity to immediately immerse themselves in the beauty and tranquility of the place. They can relax on our enchanting terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake, or enjoy our rejuvenating garden, comfortably lying on sun loungers. Inside the property, you will find a small library with books and brochures about nearby places to visit. We also offer free Wi-Fi and private parking. Our B&B is completely managed in an environmentally friendly manner, from the breakfast made with organic products, served on the terrace with a marvelous lake view, to the bedding and bath linens made of soft organic cotton, to the use of completely eco-friendly and biodegradable personal hygiene and cleaning products. Last but not least, our house is built with a bioclimatic wooden structure and sustainable materials from an ecological perspective. Additionally, within our property, you will find a Holistic Physiotherapy Studio, where you can book relaxing and therapeutic treatments to enjoy a 360° wellness vacation.
The breakfast we offer is made only with organic ingredients from our region.
In the morning, upon awakening, you can enjoy delicious homemade bread and cakes, cookies, fruit juices, jams, honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, and local cheeses. All of this will be accompanied by a cup of coffee or a cup of hot tea, to start the day in the best possible way.

The water room , the one located in the north, has wave shaped furniture and conveys calm and quiet. In this room it is possible to relax with the chromotherapy. The rooms are furnished and designed according to the rules of Feng Shui. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese method to live in harmony with the energies of the Earth, his philosophy offers a harmonious coexistence between human beings, animals and landscape.
