A vast and lush garden to immerse yourself in colors and scents, in the company of our beloved animals: ducks, chickens, donkeys, squirrels, and other friendly friends.
We are also pleased to host private events: a magical place to celebrate special moments with friends and family.
Each guest will have bath linen and a set of organic and natural cleaning products at their disposal. There is a library in the living room. Free wifi connection. We organize events and have a room for about 30 people.
Pets are allowed: dogs of all sizes and pets in general are welcome. Each room has a pillow for furry guests. We have a dedicated outdoor area for dog education. Guests can also take advantage of personalized consultations and helpful suggestions from an expert dog trainer (extra service and upon reservation). We also offer a dog sitting service (extra service and upon reservation).

Comfortable and intimate Nespola two-room apartment. All located on the ground floor: Double bedroom and bathroom for disabled with bidet incorporated in the toilet including shower. Living room with TV and kitchenette. The private access has a delightful private porch for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners and a relaxation corner. From the windows you can enjoy the view of the park of the house. The apartment is characterized by the presence of two works of art created by an artist friend: Andrea Nanni, a very talented revolutionary artist who takes care of recovering unused material with which to produce new objects or furniture in an artistic and original way. The most important piece is titled "First levitation": a suspended worktop made at our request with the remains of the marble of our ancient kitchen. You can have meals or study and reading activities. In the bedroom there is instead the second work called "the hour of the obelisk". This is a special coat hanger made with old time teapots.
