The apartment includes four bedrooms, a spacious 30-square-meter terrace boasting breathtaking views of the Sestri Levante harbor and the Bay of Fables. With two fully equipped kitchens and three bathrooms, the villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a hammam located under the roof for moments of relaxation.
Guests can enjoy the private garden and a swimming pool measuring 5.5 x 3.5 meters, perfect for cooling off on summer days. Although the distance to the sea by road is 9 km, it is only 3 km as the crow flies.
Included amenities are three free parking spaces in the garage, a washing machine, and an outdoor professional barbecue. For added convenience, during the summer months, reserved parking is offered in a central location, making it easier to get to the villa.
Breakfast is not included in the stay at Villa Vignolo, but it can be enjoyed at our Café located in the center of Sestri Levante. We are always pleased to meet our guests and provide them with a quality breakfast, but we understand that traveling 8 km for breakfast may not be convenient for everyone.
We offer two breakfast options for an additional daily fee: the Italian Breakfast, priced at €5 per person, which includes a cappuccino, pastry, fruit juice, yogurt, and cereal; and the English/American Breakfast, available for €15 per person, which features orange juice, toast with butter and jam, cereal, cold milk, cheese, ham, eggs with bacon, sausages, and fruit juice.

I am 63 years old and a former financial advisor. Following the financial crisis of 2008, I embarked on a transformative journey, shifting from finance to real estate, where I rented directly to families of tourists. In the early years of my business, I experienced remarkable growth, managing up to 60 properties, primarily on behalf of others. However, in 2017, I realized that the rapid increase in the number of properties was not sustainable, both in terms of the business model and financial situation. The reason? The inability to provide excellent service across such a diverse range of properties. Therefore, I decided to abandon the growth plan and focus on a selection of about ten properties, in which we either own directly or have secured full rental leases.
Since 2018, this more focused business strategy has proven to be effective both economically and in terms of the quality of service we provide.
