I am a cheerful and energetic person, who loves children (not just my own 3), cats, travel, and shopping. I am passionate about dancing and gymnastics, which I have practiced for many years and taught as a certified instructor at ISEF. But I can't resist good food.. and good wine! I believe that life, despite its difficulties, is always wonderful.. even for us "desperate housewives 2.0"! The Villa has been in my husband's family for 4 generations. We have chosen not to live here to ensure guests greater privacy, but we are always available for assistance 24/7 (our family residence is only a few hundred meters away).
The neighborhood "Porto" is a peaceful residential area located near the historic center (just 200 meters on foot). Here you will find a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a lively venue for numerous events. You can enjoy the Summer Jamboree, the Cateraduno, or the S. Agostino Fair up close without having to endure the hustle and bustle of the historic center. The Ponente beach is only 800 meters away and easily accessible. Despite the proximity to the historic center, the area where the property is located is not subject to traffic restrictions. Along Via Gorizia and the surrounding streets, you can park for free (there are no white or blue lines). Just 300 meters from the property, there is a beautiful green park called Parco della Pace, equipped with children's playgrounds, a basketball court, and perfect for relaxing walks or jogging. In the immediate vicinity, you will find shops (a greengrocer, a rotisserie, a fishmonger, a hairdresser, a pharmacy), an ATM, and even an Emergency Room (hopefully you won't need it!).
