B&B Villa Tina
We eagerly look forward to helping you leave behind the stress-filled moments you've experienced, creating a homely and nature-immersed atmosphere for you. The mountain experience goes beyond mushroom hunting and sampling fine vegetables (like chicory, orache) and medicinal herbs. It also involves guided or solo hikes.
Remember that engaging in physical activity and outdoor fun, surrounded by nature, is a wish fulfilled for your children in the valleys and mountains of the Abruzzo National Park.
At Villa Tina, we promote sustainable tourism, which is distinguished by two main concerns:
1) Safeguarding the environment of tourist-visited locations
2) Ensuring the wellbeing of the local communities residing there.
We believe in a concept of eco-tourism that does not harm nature, respects the ecosystem and biodiversity; values and protects the traditional culture of local populations; involves and shares touristic activities with local communities, and the potential to share socio-economic benefits and a healthy life. Each bedroom is named after a mountain it faces.
The Villa is organized over three floors that provide hospitality to guests, owners and friends.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance tavern with a fireplace.
The first floor consists of three double bedrooms with three bathrooms that can become quadruple.
The second floor features a Suite with two double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, a living room/TV, and a kitchenette.
On the ground floor, there is a large park of 1,800 square meters. The Villa is complemented by a convenient free parking for customers.
There's a separate suite in the park, only 20 meters from the main building, consisting of a double bedroom, living room with two bunk beds, kitchenette, and bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with color TV and private bathroom. It is possible to add two comfortable bunk beds.

At Villa Tina, breakfast is served in a buffet style in our cozy Tavern.
We offer a wide range of breakfast options, carefully prepared in accordance with the hygiene standards set by the Abruzzo Region. Here's what you can expect:
Coffee made with a Moka pot, barley coffee or Nesquik, various tea selections, milk served both hot and cold, fresh croissants, crispy toasts, sliced bread, thin slices of cheese, sweet muffins, an assortment of jams, Nutella for chocolate lovers, lemon cake or yogurt for a refreshing touch.
You will also find butter, fruit juices, and yogurt in the fridge to complete your breakfast.
Suite of thermo-autonomous attic (2nd floor) in mountain style. There are two bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, one with possibility 3rd bed. Exclusive living room with TV and sofas Frau, kitchenette for breakfast in the morning in self service and equipped for simple kitchen. 2 Independent bathrooms.
In the large park of 1,800 square meters. Villa Tina is located an independent structure from the B&B, with 4 beds. Apartment with small bedroom, 2 comfortable bunk beds in the room with fireplace, , separate kitchenette with fridge and outdoor oven, sink and essential equipment (cleaning by the customer). Self-contained bathroom with shower. Outdoor coffee table. Climate control. 5 night min. rental. Polite dogs are accepted. No additional services as for B&B, no morning breakfast, no daily cleaning, only initial (sanitized) and final including cleaning. Only the initial bedding and bathroom is provided by the customer. This includes water, gas and light consumption.
Villa Tina is managed by Vittorio (seen in the picture with his young nephew Alessandro).
Our family has resided in this splendid Villa for over half a century, which was completely and elegantly refurbished in 2006/2007, setting the foundation for those wishing to spend a pleasant holiday or a restful weekend, making the choice of a valuable and joyful dwelling, in a family atmosphere, greeted by the owners, who are very happy to share with you precious information about the surrounding environment.
The decision to establish a high-quality, but above all comfortable, B&B in this splendid Villa stems from the desire to altruistically and simply share the spaces and culture, in line with the authentic principles of ECOTOURISM.
