Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the North-West area of Rome, within the Grande Raccordo Anulare and close to Via Trionfale, an important road for urban communication that leads to the Vatican.
The excellent location (just meters away from the Ottavia stop of the FM3 Metro) allows you to reach the city center, Trastevere, and the Vatican in no time with a single means of transportation.
The S. Filippo Neri Hospital and the Policlinico Gemelli are respectively 3 and 5 minutes away from our property.
In front of the metro station, there is a completely renovated, quiet, and comfortable villa surrounded by a beautiful garden and lush vegetation. This is one of the most beautiful places in Rome, especially in the spring when you can admire and listen to the singing of birds.
In the immediate vicinity of the house, there are shops, restaurants, banks, a supermarket, and a shopping center.
Inside the structure, the rooms are warm and welcoming, and you can breathe a familiar atmosphere. We have paid close attention to the recovery of antique furniture and objects during the restoration of common areas and rooms.
The breakfast, which is well-prepared and plentiful, can be either continental or English and is served on the veranda overlooking the garden during the summer months.
