The Villa Pucci Residence, located in the historic center of Numana, is situated in the picturesque "Baia" called "Spiaggiola". This bay is located in front of the Guest House and is adjacent to the beautiful "Baia dei frati" with its Scoglio della Balena, one of the most exclusive gravel beaches along the coast of Numana, near the Sirolo coast. The strategic location of our Guest House, Residence Numana, allows easy walking access to the beaches of Numana Bassa and Marcelli in a short time. We want to emphasize that all our accommodations, even the rooms without a dining area and kitchen, have always had independent entrances, outside the reception, to limit contact with other people, if this is a particular necessity at this time. We offer our customers the choice between the residence apartment, which includes a dining area and kitchen, and the rooms. The rooms are equipped with a minibar to store what you purchase and offer all the comforts found in the apartments, even if cooking or preparing hot food is not possible inside. You have the option of consuming any meals you may have purchased at nearby restaurants, bars, and trattorias adjacent to our facility, or taking advantage of the catering services provided directly by us. This opportunity offered by the rooms also extends outdoors, as each ground floor room has its own outdoor space with a glass table for outdoor dining. On the seaside, you will find chairs, armchairs, and "cube" tables reserved exclusively for you.

This is because customers want to enjoy a vacation, short or long, away from the time constraints and urban chaos they have to face during the year. For this reason, each room has an independent entrance, with key delivery upon arrival and return on the day of departure. The only schedule to be respected is that of cleaning. The "seaside" rooms in Numana are located right in front of the waves crashing on the beach. While the rooms "in the courtyard" of the structure offer an atmosphere immersed in nature, with the singing of birds such as doves, magpies, and blackbirds, resonating in the surrounding pine forest at Villa Pucci.
