Finally, here we are!

After a long period of inactivity, the house has undergone a makeover, transitioning towards eco-sustainability.

It features solar panels for electricity production, a 10kw battery bank, water heating system, centralized air conditioning in all rooms, insulation of the external walls, an electric charging station for cars, and an induction cooktop.

As a result, the house is now finally zero-emission, allowing you to live in harmony with nature and enjoy the green garden that surrounds it.
